Customer Requirements
Most necklaces on our web site are supplied on 18 inch chains. If you should require a longer ( 20 inch) or shorter (16 inch) chain in place of an 18 inch chain, please state your requirements in the “Order Notes” window on the shopping cart.
Payment Options
All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling/GBP
You can pay by credit or debit card over the secure internet payment site. We process our payments through PayPal, the same system used by Ebay and hundreds of other sites. It’s easy to use and completely secure.
Postage Charges
Packaging and postal charges will be added at the checkout. The charge is currently flat rate of £7.50.
We only deliver to the United Kingdom.
Orders that are in stock are normally shipped within 7 days of the payment clearing. All other orders will be sent within the timescale stated.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, with adequate insurance. We post on a Tuesday and Thursday when our mobile post office is in the village. Packages usually arrive the next working day, however, now Royal Mail have brought forward their pick up times please allow 3 working days.
Signature is required on delivery.
Please note: we do not deliver to P.O Boxes.
Refunds
Each item is handmade to the highest standards, however if you receive an item that is faulty we will give a refund on condition that it is returned to us within 7 days of receipt in an unused condition . We recommend that it is returned to us using Royal Mail special delivery. No refund will be given until the item is received by us. Please notify us within 24 hours that you are not satisfied, and that this is your intention. Because each piece of our jewellery is individually handmade, and therefore unique,there may be slight variations from images. Any such variations are not classed as “faulty”.
If an error is made during an order on the customers part and a refund is needed, then we must – due to bank charges – charge a surcharge of 10% of the total cost.
Privacy/Security
Our first priority is making sure you can shop safely on our web site and not have to worry about your personal information being passed on to a third party.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Once your information reaches PayPal it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically.The servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers. Only PayPal has access to your confidential credit/debit card details.
Any information you provide us with will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be divulged to third parties.
We do not collect and store customer data beyond the routine back-up of our mailing list database. Furthermore, customer data is not analyzed, used or maintained in any form of statistical record beyond sales records and the general statistical tracking of our web site.
We do not store payment information. All payments go through the PayPal SSL secure server.
